近日离开了百度，再次投身创业团队。现在处于组建团队阶段，可谓求贤若渴。

时间总是很慢，日子却又很快。和朋友一起在MIX刺眼射灯下眩晕的跨入09年时的那一幕还历历在目，好像还没有回过神来，就又到了年末。

我在09年做了什么呢？

和一个女孩谈了恋爱。每每想到这世界上还真有这么一个人能与我合拍，让我牵挂，就心怀感激。

读了一年研。上课的教室地点没变，考试的试卷纸张没变，但是改变了的是心境，彻底找不回本科时‘读书人’的感觉了。不否认，读研带给我的收获实在是太少。但我仍不认为这是一个错误的人生决定，它带来的东西也是其他经历所不可替代的。

在百度用户体验做了整整一年研究员，参与了大大小小几十个项目。有些只是浅尝辄止，有些做得呕心沥血。要问最大的收获是什么？我想一是有机会亲自接触并贴身了解百度丰富的产品，从搜索到社区、从竞价排名到移动设备。二是有机会与形形色色的同事合作，努力与他们沟通，努力让自己的想法被接受，这很有挑战性。换了任何一个别的平台，都无法给我这样的机会。

在夏天和几个好朋友一起创办了HelloTee，真枪实弹的做了一把生意。这是一件自己喜欢做的事情，一起做事的人也都是自己喜欢的人。我觉得我们获得了一点小成功，这值得骄傲一把。对个人而言，这段经历潜移默化的改变了我的思维方式，也从一定程度上改变了我的性格。

精疲力竭的考下了GRE和iBT，分数不完美，但对我自己而言也是足够好了。然后开始申请美国大学，希望有好的结果。

和朋友一起开了一个团队博客懒人有禅，写和用户体验有关的东西。初衷是想几个懒于写文章的懒人凑一起或许就不懒了，能写点东西出来，可事实上几个懒人在一起还是懒。。不过我相信这个博客真正创造了一些有价值的内容，这让我开心。

写到这里，有严重的不真实感，好像上面说的这几件事情都远在两三年前，又好像它们都不是由我完成的。说实话，这让我有点开心，觉得黑底白字写出来之后，09年过得还挺像一回事的，虽然东一枪西一炮没有重心，但并不像感觉中那么的消沉和低效。

对于即将到来的2010年，我有点诚惶诚恐。不知道前面等待我的会是什么，也不知道自己应该努力抓住的又是什么。但是不管怎样，我都希望自己更加勤奋，更加乐观，更加坚定。

Times goes by, Life goes on.

前两天，很多年前和我一起翻译那本《55招玩转Google》的老朋友李子庆突然在GTalk上冒出来，告诉我他开始创业，做了一个制作个性卡片的趣奇网，给了我一个体验码。趣奇和在flickr上大行其道经久不衰的服务moo card类似，将用户的图片打印成精美的小卡片，一盒50张，可以打印50张完全不同的图片。

抛开价格的因素，我认为这样的服务有3点很关键：

1、上传、处理图片的流程简单，功能强大

2、打印精致、纸张别致

3、配送迅速

趣奇在每一点上都做得都很棒，在网站上制作卡片的时候我就已经忍不住在推特上直呼其爽。我周五下单，过了一个周末的周一早上就收到了卡片，而不管是印刷还是纸张都堪称上乘。

对用户来说，以前基本上是不可能将任意的单张图片打印成卡片，任何地方都只提供批量的印刷。而现在，趣奇很好的满足了‘将任意单张图片变成卡片’的需求，带来了很多可能性：范老师看到了我的卡片后十分鸡冻，立马决定做一套新年卡送给他的项目组所有成员。riku爸爸制作了各式各样的推特名片。在Flickr的moo card小组上，你还能看到更多有趣的小卡片。

我在这里推荐趣奇，一方面是因为它是朋友的作品，但更多的是因为：它真的很棒！

我不是无欲无求，自然会对即将开始的2010年有诸多期盼，想要更健康、更幸福、更强大。计划中，2010年我将迎来一次改变，我迫切的希望它快点到来。

这篇文章是我最近零碎发在推特上的心愿集合，这些心愿不关于生活、不关于梦想，只关于互联网。它们不是什么蓝图，更谈不上对2010年的预言。它们只是我，一个二十三岁的坚信互联网会让世界变得更好的年轻人，从自己出发，对明年的一些小期望。 这些心愿并不天马行空，它们没有任何技术上的难度，我希望他们都能实现。

1、春天之前，饭否迎来第二春。我可以不要Facebook，可以不要Youtube，甚至可以不要Twitter。失去了它们，我只是失去了对外面那个或精彩或无奈的世界的了解。但是，请你把饭否还给我。失去了它，我失去的会是信念和梦想。

2、豆瓣开始卖电子书，最好是能出个Kindle模样的阅读器。在大陆市场上卖电子书这件事情上，目前我只相信豆瓣能做好。

3、iTunes开始卖中文歌，曲库新且全，别超过一块钱一首。我不想下载到乌七八糟ID3标签的MP3，不想每次都手动添加专辑封面。我宁愿花钱扫清下载音乐这条荆棘道，让听音乐这件事情一步到位。

4、 淘宝的手机比价真正成为一个有用的产品，告诉我在商场里的商品在淘宝上最靠谱的售价。最好还能手机拍照后根据图像进行搜索，或直接手机拍条形码进行搜索。
