由Lenovo's Scheduler说开到GTD Calendar的四大品质要素
Scheduler是Lenovo Labs(现在改版得有点奇怪~)推出的一款新产品。看来GTD果然是越来越热门，谁都想来淌一下这湾水。
话说，我的C720W丢失后（貌似每篇博客，我都会话说这件事情，足见手机对我生活的影响），我的GTD开始困难重重。之前最重要的Calendar功能，现在没法使用了，毫无夸张的说：没有了日程安排，生活顿觉空虚几分。
若你没有尝试过使用GTD来改造生活，你恐怕是无法体会到我现在的别扭态。所谓"由简入奢易，由奢入简难"。Scheduler这类的GTD Calendar服务才会层出不穷，前仆后继，说明了在这个市场上还有很多很多的用户值得去挖掘和发展。
要做好一款GTD Calendar，大概有如下几个要素需要注意：
- 快速添加某事件。如鼠标拖拉、快捷键、通过IM或email添加等。
- 及时通知。多种渠道的通知（线上：IM、email；线下：短信），多种程度的通知（重复通知，强调通知等）
- API。提供API或iCal格式导出，从而与其他应用服务顺利接口，让用户可以在本地、在互联网、在移动设备上使用不同的工具对同一Calendar数据进行读写。GTD是一个浩大的project，数据的便捷导出导入对于用户至关重要。
- 易用性。本来考虑了很久需不需要把这条应该是默认的要素给去掉，但最终决定保留。因为对于一款GTD Calendar来说，易用性不仅表现在用户交互操作上的易用，还表现在界面呈现上的易用：让用户在打开网页后便立即对自己的日程安排一目了然成竹在胸。
Google Calendar是一款接近炉火纯青的工具，Outlook日程也毫不逊色。在使用Scheduler的过程中，这两款强大的服务不断浮现并与之对照，差距自是不言而喻。Scheduler要想超越，路三个漫其修远兮。目前看来，Scheduler的特色在于提供了一个类似与MindMap的计划列表功能，让用户在生硬的Calendar面前拥有了更多的自主权。
说到这，忆起一款专门用来组织会议的GTD服务TimeBridge，很有想法。会议主办者将可以举办会议的全部时间发送给所有与会者，与会者再根据自己的安排对这些会议时间进行判定：很好、一般、坏透了。最后，系统根据所有与会者的反馈消息，决定出一个对于所有人来说最合适的时间，在发回到所有与会者的Calendar上。此服务确实是解决了目前很多人面临的一个矛盾，避免了无数个Check来Check去的电话和邮件，TimeBridge这个名字取得也是恰到好处。GTD还有很多值得探索的服务渠道，我很拭目以待。甚至有点，跃跃欲试。
最后感叹一下，Remember The Milk真是一款让你不得不爱上的GTD ToDo服务。我一定会择日大加歌颂。
丢手机造成的好强大的怨念啊
GTD实现还是需要有随身的设备才行。网络上，电脑上工具虽然有，但不能总随时随地查看。
Google Calendar 很多人包括我一直在用，TimeBridge 开会还好，国内网速还是太慢了。

I have checked the scheduler, and nearly all the gtd utility on the web, and many other scheduling and collaboration sites, I found something is missing, which is bad on one side, that I have not found my killer application to get my life easier, and is good, on the other side, there is huge opportunity to get one done and help the people worldwide.
What I have been looking for is a scheduling site service. It is different from everything above mentioned in several ways.
GTD is originated from the individual productivity background, pitched by David Covey. So it is personal oriented. However, we are living isolated. 99.999% of our life and work is about interacting with other people. So you can't really get more productive without addressing how to interact with other more efficiently. Same problem is also true with goodle calendar, yahoo calendar, remember the milk, etc.
While timebridge is more group oriented, it is too singlular in function. I hope one day the huge number of singular utilities can talk to each other and be aggregated to function together. But before that, we may have to look for altenatives.
Other sites, like basecamp, centraldesktop, nexo, etc, are all trying to address this issue, but not to the satisfaction. I was talking with the founder of centraldesktop and it seems they don't get my points.
I hope some people behind lenovo labs can finetune the scheduler into something to fill this gap. Then it won't be just for Chinese, it can be for anyone looking for improving team productivity and get more done with their life and work.

Remember the milk现在就增加了与好友交互的功能，不过貌似对我来说意义不大。它要求我的好友也是它的注册用户时，才能够交互起来。
我希望：能够通过电邮将某事件直接发送到对方，对方打开事件能够导入到任意他正在使用的GTD工具。简单的说，即存在一个通用的事件微格式。
此外，Google Calendar开放了API，可以插入别人的public日历，这也是不错的一个social function。
另，可以试试everydo这个协同GTD的服务，这个假期实验室的项目就一直在用这个工具，感觉还不赖。
